Votre mission
The Business Analyst HRIS supports HR in delivering business analytic support for HRIS system implementation and later operation. The incumbent will work closely with the internal project and support teams, stakeholders, outsourcing partners and the software suppliers to ensure successful delivery and support.
The incumbent will ensure the continuity after the project’s end by running and continuously improving Chopard’s Human Resources Information System.
Your role:
- Participate in the HRIS project and manage certain tasks such as documentation, testing, training, data cleansing, user setup and management, application rollout, etc.;
- Participate in analysing and finding optimal solutions to process issues;
- Help to assure a constructive and efficient collaboration of all involved stakeholders;
- Over time manage certain HR-related projects;
- Act as a superuser in supporting HR and managers, employees with their questions and be their advisor. Train new users.
- Analyse and strive to permanently improve the solution by integrating new user needs or taking advantage of new software functionalities;
- Be the global key user who establishes business cases and coordinates with the HR, IT and ERP departments if process improvements need their involvement;
- Manage system upgrades and related testing, training, information, etc.
Your profile:
- University degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience;
- Experience in a Cornerstone implementation (full scope) would be an advantage;
- At least 3 years combines experience in the domain of IT and/or HR, preferably with HRIS;
- Proactive, able to work efficiently independently and good analytical capabilities ;
- Good interpersonal skills, a good sense of diplomacy and pleasure to work in a team;
- Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English (German is a plus).
