Sales and marketing manager - Proteomics (Zurich)

We are looking for a commercial manager or sales and marketing manager to join a rapidly growing company in next-generation proteomics.
Our Client invents, develops and sells analytical software of advanced proteomics technology, and works with top customers in the biotech and pharma market. Working with our client you will have an opportunity to expand your knowledge learn about research process with relation to the capabilities of this innovative technology. You will be surrounded by the great team and a friendly environment, where your opinion and ideas will always be appreciated, therefore you will fell appreciated at respected at work. You will be leading this successful business while being in charge of sales and marketing growth, which for, you will be highly appreciated and rewarded. Additionally, you will be required to travel to business trips to USA (up to 6 times a year), where you will get to know more about business development, meet your colleagues and customers and experience the international environment

Key skills and requirements:
* Degree in Life Sciences (Ph.D. or Masters in Life Science)
* Marketing experience (preferably in proteomics)
* Experience to lead and drive sales
* Fluency in German and English
A successful candidate has to be located in Zurich or has to be willing to relocate/ commute to the region.
Main responsibilities:
* Deliver strategic leadership for the commercial business and establish an effective growth process and infrastructure
* Lead development of the company's marketing strategy
* Develop and maintain company's sales strategy
