Your new challenge

We are looking for a SAP Practice Manager to join our the Professional Services team. You will be a key contributor to the achievement of department goals and initiatives, while at the same time managing delivery of customer engagements. You will be responsible for driving the success of each project to ensure customer satisfaction and will play a key advisory role to the V.P. of Professional Services whilst managing a core team of resources. You are great at: Leading a team of SAP Consultants in Switzerland and developing them further professionally; As our SAP Ecosystem Manager understanding the requirements of our international customers and delivering our IT solutions to them in the Swiss region; Undertaking Program Management of our larger customers and managing the process from conception to successful implementation; Convincing our government and industrial customers of the benefits of our Enterprise Information Management solutions; Having fun whilst running numerous interesting projects; Being an engaged mentor to those in your team and supporting further recruiting processes.

What we ask for

Technical university degree, preferably in the field of computer science or information management, or a comparable education in the field of IT or information management; Good technical knowledge of SAP solutions; Skilled in the planning and specification of complex enterprise software solutions; Strong project experience of the implementation of ECM or EIM or comparable products in various industries i.e. Banking, automotive, life sciences etc.; Several years experience as a SAP Consultant or close contact with SAP or Enterprise Information Software solutions; Proven track record of successful projects and happy customers; Creativity, innovation and the energy to lead and motivate your team; Fluent English and German are essential.
