Your challenges

As the Personal Assistant of our Global Head for the Professional Recruitment, Spring Professional and Badenoch & Clark, you will have the following main tasks:
• Deal with requests and contacts mails, phones, ...
• Manage complex agendas
• Organize travels
• Organize, prepare and build presentations for different meetings, boards, ...
• Track, analyze and synthesize strategic and confidential informations
• Monitor and manage external communications via digital channels as well as internal communications
• Participate in the organization of events with the support of the group's marketing & communication teams

Your skills

You have a first experience of assistant for a manager, VP or team.
You are bilingual French and English (min level C1). An additional language is an asset.
You have a perfect knowledge of the Pack Office.

Curious by nature, you have a real interest for the digital world, you know how to exploit resources and follow its evolution.
Your interest in innovation and your willingness to know, leads you to find the right information and draw the essentials.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are dynamic, autonomous and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
Passionate, you appreciate a clear communication. Your sense of organization and your rigor allow you to achieve the objectives.

Your horizons

Your day will be in Lausanne or Geneva and you may have to work in Zurich.
